Petti Van Rekom is the Founder and President of The Workplace Review. It's her passion to help people find their most fulfilling work.
"I want to help people find
a workplace they'll love."
Petti spent many years helping people discover a career that excited them. What she found was that people could be doing work they love and still be unhappy - because of the work environment.
The Workplace Review grew out of her frustration with workplaces that don't provide what people need to be truly satisfied and work effectively.
Petti has more than 25 years of experience as a corporate training manager and an organizational effectiveness consultant. She has consulted with organizations that want to improve the performance and satisfaction of their employees.
Petti shares her knowledge and experiences by serving as an adjunct professor at Chapman University and Capella University. In addition, she's the author of a case study of solutions to improve employee performance.
Petti has a doctorate in Human Performance at Work from the University of Southern California.
My Vision:
I believe that WORK is one of the principal means through which life becomes meaningful. Thus my vision is people doing work they love in workplaces that provide the physical and mental support they need.
